A7 Shifts is an Assistance7 project for connecting local posters and workers. This notice describes this early-access version.
Sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. The service receives a site-specific user ID, email address and, when available, a display name. The user ID links your records across devices. Email is used on the server to identify the pilot administrator; it is not shown to other members.
We store the profile details you submit: name, city, role, business name, experience, availability and the version of the pilot rules you acknowledged. We also store posted shifts, applications, saved shifts, private messages, support reports and in-app notices, with associated dates and user IDs. No payment cards, bank accounts or identity documents are requested.
Approved, open listings show the poster or business name, job details, city, ZIP code and stated pay to visitors permitted to access the site. Your application and profile details are visible to the relevant poster. The exact meeting address and shift conversation are visible to the poster and confirmed worker. The administrator can review posts, including the meeting address, and support reports. Ordinary member conversations are not displayed in the management dashboard.
These records support matching, confirmations, messages, content review and resolving reports. ChatGPT/Sites supplies authentication and hosting; Cloudflare D1 stores service records. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, whose servers receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address. We have not added advertising trackers, marketing cookies or analytics tools to this version. Hosting and authentication providers may maintain their own operational and security records under their policies.
Service records remain available while your account is active, until you request deletion or an administrator removes inappropriate content. You can delete your A7 Shifts data in My profile. This removes your profile, posts, applications, saved shifts, reports you submitted and associated conversations from the active database. Your ChatGPT account is separate and is not deleted. Copies in other members’ screenshots or previously viewed content cannot be recalled. Provider backups and operational logs may remain subject to those providers’ retention practices.
Edit your profile at any time. Use Support / report in the app to reach the pilot administrator about service records or privacy concerns. This inbox requires a signed-in profile. Do not include sensitive information in support requests or shift messages. This pilot is for adults 18 and older.
We will update this notice when the service adds new data uses, providers or features. Payments and email/SMS alerts are not active in this pilot.
